D.R.E.A.M. Alive was founded in 2001 by Indianapolis Colts Pro-Bowl offensive tackle Tarik Glenn and his wife Maya. Since its inception, Tarik and Maya have worked to fulfill the vision of D.R.E.A.M. Alive, which is to serve the students of improving the overall quality of life for Indianapolis residents. 

D.R.E.A.M. Alive believes that every person has value and deserves the opportunity to awaken their potential and find their purpose through Discipline, Responsibility Education, Achievement, and Motivation. By bringing people together through awareness, support, and resources, we inspire youth and families to pursue their dreams and learn the value of community service.

Tarik devotes a tremendous amount of time speaking to different community groups and organizations to help them understand the importance of a strong community and the elements that are necessary to ensure that communities are realizing their potential.
